    VITA classic 16 color paste opaque B1 is our factory new product, it has super prefect

 

bonding strength. Paste opaque B1 will be used after first fired washing opaque, helping

 

to cover the color of washing opaque or the color of metal. You can print this classic color

 

B1 of paste opaque once or twice depanding on the labs technicans. Even you can print this

 

classic color B1 of paste opaque directly withour washing opaque when you use nickel

 

chrome porcelain with Be. Nowadays a lot of labs choose our paste opaque instead of

 

others, because of the good quality and color. You will be surprised at the quite prefect

      1. Preheat Temp: 600℃

 

      2. Drying Time: 6 min

 

      3. Heat Time: 6 min

 

      4. Final Temp: 930℃

 

      5. Holding Time: 1 min

 

      6. Vacuum Start: 600℃

 

      7. Vacuum Time: 6 min

No bubbles and cracks on the surface of opaque after firing.
